This versatile unit combines the functions of grilling and keeping warm at the same time, making it perfect for multitasking in the kitchen. It offers full-surface grilling on a 1/1 GN or grilling on a 2/3 GN combined with a gentle warm-keeping function on a 1/3 GN. The temperature range for the grilling function is adjustable from 80°C to 300°C, while the warm-keeping function operates at a consistent 100°C.
The unit can be used for grilling on a 1/1 GN, grilling on a 2/3 GN with warming on a 1/3 GN, or simply keeping food warm either on the hob or in the GN container. It operates with a power of 2.5 kW, a voltage of 230 V, and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. A grease collection tank is included for easier maintenance. The control unit is electronic and includes a toggle switch, with a heat-up control lamp for convenience.
The grill surface dimensions are 500 mm in width and 260 mm in depth, while the glass field measures 530 mm in width and 330 mm in depth. The unit has one heating zone and stepless temperature control, with overheating protection for safety. The smooth grill surface is made from SCHOTT CERAN® material, and the unit is built from durable stainless steel. It also features a lowered grill surface and includes handles for easy maneuvering. The unit is GN-capable, making it a versatile and efficient choice for various cooking tasks.
