Electric grill operating at 230 V, with a ribbed surface made of stainless steel bars. Useful surface: 310 x 480 mm. High and uniform thermal conductivity. Equipped with a grease collection drawer that can be filled with water. Housing made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Six power control levels. The grid formed by flat heaters allows food to be placed directly on it, while the fat drips under the heaters into the water bath. Electrical conductor section: 0.75 mm². Supplied as standard with a scraping spatula.
