Gas fryer with an 8-liter tank, countertop model without stand. Sturdy stainless steel construction, tank and front panel made of 0.8 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Cold zone design, with oil drain valve. Ergonomic model with rounded interior corners for easier cleaning. Adjustable thermostat between 50–190 °C, equipped with safety thermostat and thermocouple. Basket size: 210 x 300 x 120 mm. Power-to-volume ratio: 1 kW/liter. Productivity: 18 kg/h. Standard equipment includes tank lid, basket, and oil drain pipe. Connection to a 1/2” ball valve. Piezoelectric ignition.
