Heating obtained through stabilized flame burners with a single crown, available in different power levels. Each burner is equipped with a safety gas valve, allowing power adjustment from maximum to minimum. Safety is ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame. Surface grids made of steel with protective coating, burners with stainless steel bodies, and burner caps made of nickel-plated brass. The surface grids are placed on cast supports with rounded edges, and the sealed burners allow for easy cleaning. 
Static electric oven 1/1 GN. The oven is equipped with a removable stainless-steel grid. The oven floor is made of thick steel plate reinforced with a series of ribs. The insulation of the cooking chamber and the oven door is provided by a layer of ceramic fibers resistant to high temperatures. Heating is obtained through special stainless-steel heating elements resistant to high temperatures, located under the bottom and on the top of the cooking chamber. Equipped with a thermostat that regulates the temperature between 120 °C and 300 °C. A manually resettable safety thermostat protects against overheating.
