The solid structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel allows easy cleaning of the cooking machine. The electric cooking range is equipped with high-quality radiant hotplates, made of cast iron and fitted with an internal safety thermostat to prevent overheating. It is provided with 6 individually heated zones with independent thermal control. The hotplates are operated by a 6-step temperature selector switch. The electric cooking range comes with its own open stand.
