Electric cooking machine with AISI 304 stainless steel structure, equipped with 6 square cast-iron hotplates, each with a power of 2.6 kW. Size of each hotplate: 220 x 220 mm. Fitted with a safety thermostat against overheating. Countertop model without stand. The hotplates are removable for easier maintenance and servicing. Each hotplate is operated by a 6-level temperature control switch.
