Electric fryer with two tanks, each with a capacity of 17 liters, mounted on a closed stand with adjustable legs. Solid stainless-steel construction,  tanks and front panel made of 1.2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Cold zone and oil drain taps. Ergonomic design with rounded inner corners for easier cleaning. Adjustable thermostat from 50 to 190°C. Equipped with safety micro-switches. Basket dimensions: 280×300x120 mm. Power-to-volume ratio: 0.8 kW/liter.
