Description
Electric fryer with a single 13-liter tank, countertop model without stand. Solid stainless-steel construction, tank and front panel made of 1.2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Cold zone and oil drain tap. Ergonomic design with rounded inner corners for easier cleaning. Adjustable thermostat from 50 to 190°C. Equipped with a safety micro-switch. Basket dimensions: 280×295x100 mm. Power-to-volume ratio: 0.96 kW/liter.
