Description
Electric fryer with two tanks, each with a capacity of 13 liters, countertop model without stand. Solid stainless-steel construction, tanks and front panel made of 1.2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Cold zone and oil drain taps. Ergonomic design with rounded inner corners for easier cleaning.
Adjustable thermostat from 50 to 190°C. Equipped with safety micro-switches. Basket dimensions: 280×295x100 mm. Power-to-volume ratio: 0.96 kW/liter.
