Stainless-steel frame. Heat-resistant athermal plastic handles with functional, screen-printed edges. Oil heating is achieved through stainless-steel heating elements, immersed in oil and easily tiltable for convenient cleaning. One 11-liter tank equipped with a thermostat allowing temperature adjustment between 100°C and 190°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Stainless-steel tank with rounded edges, sloped towards the drain outlet. Worktop and tank are cast for easy cleaning. Front, side, and rear panels made of stainless steel. Supplied as standard with a stainless-steel oil container with filter and one basket (K26580). Laser-cut worktop finish for “head-to-head” alignment and sealed assembly.
