Oil heating obtained through stainless-steel heating elements, immersed in oil and easily tiltable for convenient cleaning operations. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Two 11-liter tanks equipped with thermostats allowing temperature adjustment between 100°C and 190°C. Stainless-steel tanks with rounded edges, sloped towards the drain outlet. Drain tap with athermal handle located inside the equipment compartment. Worktop and tanks are cast for easy cleaning. Front, side, and rear panels made of stainless steel. Supplied as standard with two baskets (K26580), two stainless-steel tank lids (K7COPFGP), and drain sleeves.
Laser-cut worktop finish for “head-to-head” alignment and sealed joint assembly. Stainless-steel legs with adjustable height.
