Electric pasta cooker with two 23-liter tanks, on a closed stand with adjustable legs, with independent operation of each tank. Solid stainless-steel construction. Tanks made of AISI 316 stainless steel, highly resistant to water salinity, and front panel made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.2 mm thick. Equipped with a water drain tap at the lower part of the equipment and a mechanical water inlet tap. Ergonomic design with rounded inner corners for easier cleaning. Adjustable thermostat from 30°C to 110°C. No baskets included.
