Electric tilting bratt pan, with upper working surface (housing) made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the side and rear panels are made of AISI 430 stainless steel. The cooking surface (pan bottom) is made of cast iron. Equipped with a cold-water filling tap with mechanical control. Manual tilting system. Indirect heating. Adjustable stainless steel legs. Optimized surface design for easy cleaning. When frying, the oil temperature must not exceed 230 °C. Capacity: 50 litres. Usable pan dimensions: 721 × 564 × 225 mm. Fitted with a safety thermostat for temperatures above 360 °C. Conductor section: 2.5 mm².
