Electric tilting pan with the upper work surface (housing) made of 1.5 mm thick AISI 430 stainless steel, and the sides and rear also made of AISI 430 stainless steel. The useful work surface and the bottom of the pan are made of iron. Equipped with a cold-water filling tap with mechanical operation. Manual tilting. Indirect heating. Adjustable legs. Optimized surface design for easy cleaning. Capacity: 80 liters. Useful basin dimensions: 720×380×220 mm. Safety thermostat. Heating is provided by 8/12 electric heating elements, each capable of delivering 0.97/1.5 kW.
