The useful work surface and the bottom of the pan are made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Equipped with a cold-water filling tap with mechanical operation. Manual tilting. Indirect heating. Adjustable legs. Optimized surface design for easy cleaning. Capacity: 50 liters. Useful basin dimensions: 720×380×220 mm. Safety thermostat. Heating is provided by 8/12 electric heating elements, each capable of delivering 0.97/1.5 kW. Connection is made with a resistant cable with a diameter of 5×2.5 mm².
