The cooker is equipped with high-quality brass burners fitted with a pilot flame. The burners are water-resistant and provided with a robust enameled cast iron grate. The French-type cooker is equipped with a safety valve and thermocouple. The cooking plate is made of high-quality stainless steel. The unit includes a gas oven suitable for GN 2/1 trays, as well as a storage compartment with a door next to the oven.
