Description
The French-type gas cooking machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The legs are made of stainless steel and are adjustable. The cooker is equipped with high-quality brass burners fitted with a pilot flame. The burners are water-resistant and provided with a robust enameled cast iron grate. The French-type cooker is equipped with a safety valve and thermocouple. The cooking plate is made of high-quality stainless steel. The unit includes an electric oven suitable for GN 2/1 trays.
