The gas cooking machine has a structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with adjustable stainless steel legs. It is equipped with high-quality brass burners fitted with a pilot flame. The burners are water-resistant and provided with a robust enameled cast iron grate. The machine is fitted with a safety valve and thermocouple. It includes a static gas oven suitable for GN 2/1 trays, as well as a storage compartment with a door next to the oven.
