Description
The gas cooking machine has a structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with adjustable stainless steel legs. It is equipped with high-quality brass burners fitted with a pilot flame. The burners are water-resistant and provided with a robust enameled cast iron grate. The machine is equipped with a safety valve and thermocouple. It includes a static electric oven suitable for GN 3/1 trays.
