Gas fryer with a single 17-liter tank, mounted on a closed stand with adjustable legs. Solid stainless-steel construction, tank and front panel made of 1.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Cold zone, piezo ignition, and oil drain tap. Ergonomic design with rounded inner corners for easier cleaning.
Adjustable thermostat from 50 to 190°C. Basket dimensions: 280x300 mm.
