Description
Gas fryer with two tanks, each with a capacity of 15 liters, mounted on a closed stand with adjustable legs. Solid stainless-steel construction, tanks and front panel made of 1.2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Cold zone, piezo ignition, and oil drain taps. Ergonomic design with rounded inner corners for easier cleaning. Adjustable thermostat from 50 to 190°C. Basket dimensions: 280×295x100 mm.
