Standard equipped with a removable stainless steel meat grill. The food support grill can be positioned at two different levels, even during operation. Inclined surface directed towards the grease drain hole, connected to a large-capacity container located under the cooking surface. Standard equipped with two small drawers for collecting ash from lava stone combustion. Supplied as standard with a 5 kg bag of lava stones. Worktop made of cast AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Worktop finish cut by laser for a “head-to-head” fit and sealed connection. Tested for natural gas or LPG, according to user requirements. Stainless steel legs with adjustable height.
