The useful work surface and the bottom of the pan are made of stainless steel. Equipped with a cold-water filling tap with mechanical operation. Manual tilting. Indirect heating. Adjustable legs. Optimized shaping of the surface for easy cleaning. Piezoelectric ignition at 230V. Capacity: 50 liters. Connection to a 1/2 ball valve. Useful basin dimensions: 721x564x225 mm.
