Gas-operated tilting pan with the upper work surface (housing) made of 1.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, and the sides and rear made of AISI 430 stainless steel. The useful work surface and the bottom of the pan are made of stainless steel. Equipped with a cold/hot water filling tap with mechanical operation. Manual tilting. Indirect heating. Adjustable legs. Optimized surface design for easy cleaning. Piezoelectric ignition at 230V.
