The useful work surface and the bottom of the pan are made of stainless steel. Equipped with a cold-water filling tap with mechanical operation. Motorized tilting. Indirect heating. Adjustable legs. Optimized surface design for easy cleaning. Piezoelectric ignition at 230V.
