Electric Bain Marie with a GN 1/1 capacity basin with Hmax=200mm, on an open support with adjustable legs, solid stainless steel construction, AISI 304 stainless steel basin, 1.5 mm AISI 304 work surface and AISI 430 stainless steel side panels, water drain tap on the front panel, equipped with a tap with an automatic valve operated by a button for water inlet, ergonomic model with rounded inner corners for easier cleaning, adjustable thermostat between 30-90°C. Does not include GNs.
