Electric cooker with 6-stage temperature control, 6 removable round cast iron hobs for easier maintenance, with a diameter of 300 mm each, electric power of 6 x 3.5 kW, with static electric oven, suitable for GN 2/1 size, electric power of 6.3 kW and operating at 400V. Height-adjustable feet. Safety thermostat for temperatures higher than 360°C. Useful work surface made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and sides made of AISI 430 stainless steel.
