Stainless steel frame. Thermo-resistant plastic knobs with screen-printed edges. Model on a support closed on 2 sides and back. Adjustable feet. Heating obtained by 2 sealed burners with stabilized flame, one of which is double, with a power of 8.3 kW. Each burner equipped with a safety gas valve, which allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum. Safety is ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame. Surface grids and burners are made of matte RAAF enameled cast iron, resistant to alkalis, acids and fire. Surface grids placed on cast surfaces with rounded edges and sealed burners for easy cleaning. Cast worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Front, side and back panels in stainless steel. 1/2" gas connection.
