Stainless steel frame. Heat-resistant plastic knobs with screen-printed edges. Model on single-phase and static electric oven with 3.45kw power and GN 2/1 capacity. Adjustable feet. Heating obtained by 4 sealed burners with stabilized flame, 2 of which are double, with a power of 8.3 kW. Each burner equipped with a safety gas valve, which allows power adjustment from maximum to minimum. Safety is ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame. Surface grates and burners are made of matte RAAF enameled cast iron, resistant to alkalis, acids and fire. Surface grates placed on cast surfaces with rounded edges and sealed burners for easy cleaning. Worktop cast in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Front, side and rear panels in stainless steel. 1/2" gas connection.
