Stainless steel frame. Heat-resistant plastic knobs with screen-printed edges. Model on single-phase and static electric oven with 3.45kw power and GN 2/1 capacity. Adjustable feet. Heating obtained by 6 sealed burners with stabilized flame, of which 3 are double, with a power of 8.3 kW. Each burner equipped with a safety gas valve, which allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum. Safety is ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame. The surface grids and burners are made of matte RAAF enameled cast iron, resistant to alkalis, acids and fire. The surface grids are placed on cast surfaces with rounded edges and sealed burners for easy cleaning. Cast worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Front, side and rear panels in stainless steel. 1/2" gas connection.
