Electric model tilting frying pan with upper working surface (casing) made of AISI 304 stainless steel and sides and back made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Useful working surface, bottom of the pan made of iron. Equipped with cold water filling valve with mechanical operation. Manual tilting. Indirect heating. Adjustable feet. Optimized surface shape for easy cleaning. In case of frying, the oil temperature should not exceed 230 °C. Capacity 80 liters. Useful basin dimensions 721 x 564 x 225 mm.
