Useful working surface, bottom of the pan made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Equipped with a cold water filling tap with mechanical operation. Manual tilting. Direct heating. Adjustable feet. Optimized surface shape for easy cleaning. Capacity 120 liters. Useful basin dimensions 1120x560x220 mm. Safety thermostat. Heating is carried out with 8/12 pcs. of electrically operated heating elements, each of which is capable of providing a power of 0.97/1.5 kW. Connection is made with a resistant cable with a diameter of 5x4 mm².
