Surface filter in stainless steel in the tank for collecting solid waste. Low voltage soft-touch control panel (24V). Temperature thermometer. Possibility of modifying cycle parameters thanks to the palmtop with simple logic. Possibility of programming the work cycle. The THERMOLOCK programmable system ensures that the rinse cycle only starts at a temperature of 85°C: the ideal temperature for a strong reduction of the bacterial load. Possibility of washing baking trays and other items up to 400 mm.
