The digital display allows the user to see, on demand, the operating temperatures, the number of cycles and the machine status. The electronic self-diagnosis allows for the rapid identification of faults and the setting of operating parameters. The special self-cleaning cycle, which washes the inner chamber and the tank, is standard on all warewashers and is very useful to minimize the work that needs to be done at the end of the shift. Ideal for large-scale catering businesses, canteens and institutions. The S 200 has a shelf of 70 cm X 70 cm and a door opening height of 85 cm. Standard equipped with built-in detergent and rinse aid dispensers. Both can be set and adjusted electronically from the control panel. It can be additionally equipped with appropriate probes (optional) indicating a low level of chemical agents. Four washing cycles from 2 to 12 minutes
