18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel structure. Balanced double door with double skin. Wash tank with rounded edges and inclination, thus ensuring complete drainage of dirty water. Washing system with 3 wash arms in the upper part and 4 wash arms in the lower part, with specially shaped jets to keep them free of solid waste. Three working cycles: 120 seconds, 240 seconds or continuous. High-capacity double boiler system. Double stainless steel surface filters in the tank to collect solid waste. Low voltage soft-touch control panel (24V). Temperature thermometer. Possibility of modifying cycle parameters thanks to the palmtop with simple logic. Possibility of programming the work cycle. The THERMOLOCK programmable system ensures that the rinse cycle only starts at a temperature of 85°C: the ideal temperature for a strong reduction of the bacterial load. The steam is exhausted through a chimney.
