Each chamber has separate controls to ensure optimal heating performance. An analog thermometer is standard on all REDFOX E series pizza ovens. The ovens are equipped with refractory clay plates on the bottom of the chamber as standard. Options for single-phase 230 V and three-phase 400 V connections. Safety thermostat.
