The RM double-deck pizza ovens can bake up to 18 pizzas simultaneously. The numeric designation of the ovens indicates the number of pizzas with a diameter of approximately 33 cm that can fit in a single layer. Each baking chamber features independent controls, upper and lower heating elements, upper and lower safety thermostats with a cut-off temperature of up to 500 °C, and separate lighting for each chamber. The upper and lower walls of the chambers are lined with refractory clay plates. The control panel is equipped with an analog thermometer. Thanks to the thermostats for each heating group, the temperature can be adjusted individually, ensuring uniform baking on both the top and bottom of the pizza. If necessary, stands can be ordered for individual ovens. The RM double-deck pizza ovens are made entirely of stainless steel and include a power indicator light, an adjustable exhaust vent for moisture removal, a full-length door handle, a steam barrier, and a glass door.
