The Red Fox E series electric pizza ovens are designed for pizzerias and specialized operations with higher pizza output. An analog thermometer is a standard feature of all REDFOX E series pizza ovens. As standard, they are equipped with refractory clay plates on the bottom of the chamber. The models are divided into single-deck and double-deck versions, and there is a range of units for single-phase 230 V and three-phase 400 V connections. Safety thermostat.
