The RM single-service pizza ovens are available in sizes for 4, 6, or 9 pizzas. The numeric designation of the ovens indicates the number of pizzas with a diameter of approximately 33 cm that can fit in a single layer. Each chamber has separate controls, upper and lower heating elements, a lower safety thermostat with an upper limit of up to 500 °C, and independent lighting for each chamber. The upper and lower walls of the chamber are equipped with refractory clay plates. The control panel is equipped with an analog thermometer. Thanks to the thermostats for each heating group, the temperature can be adjusted individually, ensuring even baking on both the top and bottom of the pizza. If required, stands for the individual ovens can be ordered. The RM single-service pizza ovens are made entirely of stainless steel and include a power indicator light, a vent control for moisture removal, a full-length door handle, a steam barrier, and a glass door. It is also possible to stack two pizza ovens on top of each other. Safety thermostat. IPX4 protection.
