The RM single-service pizza ovens are available in sizes for 4, 6, or 9 pizzas. The numeric designation indicates the number of pizzas with a diameter of approximately 33 cm that fit in a single layer. Each baking chamber features independent controls, upper and lower heating elements, a lower safety thermostat with a maximum temperature of up to 500 °C, and separate lighting for each chamber. The upper and lower walls of the chamber are lined with refractory clay plates. The control panel includes an analog thermometer. Thanks to the thermostats for each heating section, the temperature can be adjusted individually, ensuring even baking on both the top and bottom of the pizza. Optional pedestals are available for the ovens.
The RM single-service pizza ovens are made entirely of stainless steel and include a power indicator light, a moisture-extraction vent control, a full-length door handle, a steam barrier, and a glass door. Two pizza ovens can also be stacked one on top of the other. Safety thermostat. IPX4 protection.
