RM single-service pizza ovens are available in sizes for 4, 6, or 9 pizzas. The numeric designation of the ovens indicates the number of pizzas with a diameter of approximately 33 cm that can fit in a single layer. Each chamber is equipped with independent controls, upper and lower heating elements, a lower safety thermostat with a maximum temperature of up to 500 °C, and separate lighting for each chamber. The upper and lower walls of the baking chamber are fitted with refractory clay plates. The control panel features an analog thermometer. Thanks to the thermostats for the individual heating groups, the temperature can be adjusted separately, ensuring even baking on both the top and bottom of the pizza. If necessary, stands can be ordered for individual ovens. The RM single-service pizza ovens are made entirely of stainless steel and include a power indicator light, a moisture control vent, a full-length door handle, a steam barrier, and a glass door. It is also possible to stack two pizza ovens on top of each other. Safety thermostat. IPX4 protection.
