GGPv 6590-ProfiPremiumline freezer is an industrial freezer equipped with double fan cooling system (NoFrost technology) of gross 597 litres. The freezer compartment shall have two separate locked, full doors which automatically close and the direction of opening can be reversed. The cooling range is between -10 and -26 °C. For up-to-date control, the freezer cabinet is equipped with a touch-button ProfiPremiumline control electronics and a digital temperature display. A customizable optical and acoustic alarm function is also installed in the GGPv 6590 - ProfiPremiumline freezer in order to ensure that the internal temperature changes significantly in the event of a power failure or when the door is left open. HACCP PLUS function is also available. The outer and inner surfaces are covered with stainless steel. In the freezer, 4 reinforced steel grid shelves, GN 2/1 size, with a grey coating. The height of the shelves can be adjusted to 55 mm and the load capacity per shelf is 60 kg. Hot gas defrosting is possible in an automatic if the freezer need it, or manual way. The freezer has stainless steel legs, which can be set between 120 mm and 170 mm. You can open the freezer's door with foot pedal and it closes automatically and the direction of opening can be reversed.
