Height-adjustable stainless steel feet; time-controlled evaporator defrosting at the end of the cycle and lower tray for condensate water.
Rapid temperature reduction: Thanks to the rapid cooling cycle, the product temperature drops from +65°C to +10°C in 91 minutes. The transition between +65°C and +10°C (the ideal climate for bacterial growth) is so fast that any bacterial development can be prevented. The food cooled in this way is safe and can be stored for up to 8 days.
Rapid freezing: Rapid freezing lowers the temperature from +65°C to -18°C within a maximum of 199 minutes. Rapidly frozen food can be stored for months.
Equipped with stainless steel guides suitable for GN 1/1 trays or 600×400 pastry trays, with a spacing of 7 cm between trays.
