The REDFOX electric pizza ovens from the E series are designed for pizzerias and specialized operations with higher pizza delivery volumes. Each chamber has separate controls to ensure optimal heating performance. An analog thermometer is standard on all REDFOX E series pizza ovens. The ovens are equipped with refractory clay plates on the bottom of the chamber as standard. Options for single-phase 230 V and three-phase 400 V connections. Safety thermostat.
