CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Requirements:
- Higher education in a relevant field;
- Advanced knowledge of tax and accounting legislation;
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field;
- Ability to work independently and manage a team;
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach;
- Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure;
- Professional certification (CECCAR, ACCA) is an advantage;
- Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage;
- Advanced Excel knowledge and financial analysis skills.
Job description:
- Managing the company's complete accounting records;
- Preparing periodic financial reports and other specific documents (financial statements, balance sheets, management reports);
- Coordinating the accounting department team and ensuring compliance with financial legislation;
- Monitoring and optimizing financial flows, managing budgets;
- Implementing and monitoring accounting procedures and internal controls;
- Preparing and submitting tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, social contributions, etc.);
- Coordinating internal and external audits, preparing documentation for inspections;
- Managing relationships with authorities (ANAF, ITM, etc.) and ensuring compliance during inspections;
- Monitoring cash flows and proposing optimization solutions.
