Tilting pan equipped with manual tilting system of the bowl, AISI 304 stainless steel structure, bottom part of the bowl made of AISI 304 stainless steel with 12 mm base. Equipped with hot and cold water tap for easy filling and cleaning of the tank. Steam collector inside the lid.
It is a multi-purpose equipment that can be used for frying, braising, boiling or browning food.
